We schedule classes in 2 hour time blocks, and class times vary depending on instructor and conference room availability. Please keep this in mind when selecting your preferred training date, or let us know in the comments section if there is a broader date range for which you are available.
Class size is usually limited to 8-10 people so we can devote some one on one time with each person. Please be aware that groups larger than 10 people will need to be split up for this reason.
The type of training you need depends on your role in the UCF organization. Customer role is typically used for UCF employees outside of Facilities and Business Operations (FBO). Line Employee and Supervisor roles are used for those within FBO.
Important Note: If you are requesting training for a whole group, please download either the Facilities or Customer signup form below and fill out with all the names of the individuals in your group. Then, upload it as you are filling out the rest of your information.
