The actual cost for any service request will depend on cost of materials required to complete the job, and the labor charges for the work performed by Facilities’ departments.

Annual Labor Rates can change due to a number of factors, including across-the-board merit increases, changes in overhead staff, and changes in the quantity of line employees. Facilities and Business Operations recalculates the rates every fiscal year for the following departments: Facilities Operations, Utilities and Engineering Services, and Landscape and Natural Resources. The FY24 labor rates took effect on July 1, 2023.
