Alex Fountain has been serving alongside the Facilities Operations team since September 2015, making him the newest addition to the team. Originally from the Central Florida area, Alex graduated from UCF while majoring in Hospitality and Tourism Management
As part of his current role, Alex supports the evening and overnight Housekeeping Services by promoting a positive work environment while establishing goals to maximize the efforts of the team. Before working at Facilities Operations at UCF, Alex worked in housekeeping management with Rosen Hotels & Resorts in Orlando, and most recently with White Lodging Services at the Milwaukee Marriott Downtown. In his short time here, Alex has been part of developing a strategy to make the Housekeeping Services team more efficient and effective. When he’s not at work Alex enjoys spending time with his family, doing projects around the house, and learning new things.
He’s a proud Knight who brings his hard work and creative thinking to work every day.
