Training is scheduled when at least 5 requests for training have been received.  For additional information, please contact Aim Admin in Facilities at AIMAdmin@ucf.edu. Thank you.

Who is NOT using the AiM work order system? Currently, Landscaping and Natural Resources, Satellite Campuses, the Convocation Corporation, and the Housing Locksmith shop are using the Sprocket work order system with the exception of warehouse services (materials). As each unit moves to the new system, It will be posted here. If you request work and have any problems getting information, please call the Work Control Center and they will provide you with the correct point of contact to get the information you need.

ATTENTION CUSTOMERS REQUESTING CHARGEABLE WORK: We are now checking the DAL listing in PeopleSoft to see if the requester for chargeable work is listed on the DAL for the departmental account they are using. If you do have authorization to request work even though you are not listed on the DAL, you must place a statement on the request saying who authorized you to make the request. We will then check to see if the person you listed is on the DAL for the specified departmental account. Please remember that your departmental accounting unit updates the PeopleSoft DAL.

ACCESSING AiM®:  In order to gain access to AiM you must download and fill out this form.  Then have your next level supervisor e-mail the completed form to AIMAdmin@ucf.edu to receive your user name and password for the AiM CMMS system.  Please note that you must attend the AiM advanced training class to receive access higher than basic customer work requests.
